Looking at how mail systems such as Klaviyo, Klenty, Active Campaign were built to engage potential or existing customers, reimagining those systems for engaging with workforce and employees in retail verticals where information is changing fast and keeping a workforce engaged is demanding.

Today emails are sent, reset and the vicious circle of hoping employees read emails never ends – the reality is a system should be able to cater to each employees behavior patterns and relay messages to employees through various mediums•Analytics on employee engagement will be a leading indicator of employees are are fully immersed in the business or completely checked out.
